Dr. Robert Chung received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University in 1992.  Additional training in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry were done at Columbia University, where he received certification in Periodontics and a Master's degree in 1995.  Dr. Chung is interested in the systemic effects of gum infection and has researched and published about the immunological aspect of periodontal disease. He spent five years teaching at Columbia University. Dr. Chung understands that periodontal disease is a significant health risk and his practice focuses on using advanced and proven technology to provide options for improving each patient's oral and general health.
